  • Email deliverability optimization

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


2. Definitions

  • Services: Includes subscription management for Google Workspace & Microsoft Office, email tools, domain/email setup, and related support.

  • Client / You: Refers to any individual or organization using our services.

  • Subscription Fees: Recurring charges (monthly or annually) for continued service access.


3. Services We Provide

ScaleReach offers the following:

✅ Resale of Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 subscriptions

✅ Management tools for cold email campaigns & automation

Domain configuration and professional email account setup

✅ Guidance on email deliverability optimization


4. Payment Terms

  • Advance Billing: Subscription Fees are payable in advance, based on your billing cycle.

  • Auto-Charge Authorization: You authorize ScaleReach to automatically charge your saved payment method.

  • Invalid or Failed Payments: May result in suspension or termination of services.


5. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable: Google Workspace and Microsoft subscription fees are non-refundable.

Setup Fees: Refundable only if an issue is reported within 7 days of purchase.

🛠️ Issue Resolution Beyond 7 Days: May incur additional troubleshooting fees.


6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date account information

  • Comply with laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR

  • Obtain recipient consent before sending emails

  • Avoid illegal or unethical practices (spam, phishing, etc.)

  • Protect your login credentials and inform us of any unauthorized use


7. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sending unsolicited or deceptive emails

  • Harming email server reputations

  • Violating third-party service policies

  • Misrepresenting your identity or infringing on intellectual property rights


8. Termination Policy

  • Non-Payment:

    • 7-day grace period

    • Service suspension after 7 days

    • Permanent termination after 14 days of non-payment

  • Violation of Terms: Immediate termination may occur if you’re found engaging in illegal or prohibited activities.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and proprietary tools used on our platform are owned by ScaleReach  or licensed accordingly. No content may be reused or distributed without our written consent.


10. Limitation of Liability

ScaleReach is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental losses (such as revenue or data loss)

  • Deliverability issues caused by external spam filters or third-party servers


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ScaleReach harmless against any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of our services

  • Illegal or unethical activities conducted via our platform


12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws.
